🧰 Materials Required

✅ Main Materials

• Stainless steel sheet (Mirror / Hairline / Gold / Silver)

• Acrylic sheet (white for front-lit)

• LED module or LED strip

• 12V SMPS power supply

• Transparent silicone / industrial adhesive

• Wire & solder

• PVC / ACP / Wooden board for base

✏️Design the Letter

1. Design in CorelDraw / Illustrator

2. Set:

   • Letter height (6″, 9″, 12″ etc.)

   • Depth (3–5 inches for LED)

3. Export for laser cutting

🔪 Cut the Stainless Steel

• Face (Front): Laser-cut from SS sheet

• Side return: Cut long SS strip for bending

• Back plate: PVC or thin stainless steel

🔲 Fix Acrylic (For Front-Lit Letters)

⚠ If it is halo-lit, this step is skipped.

• Laser-cut white acrylic same shape as letter

• Fix from inside with silicone

• This acrylic will glow when LED turns on

🔌 Close the Back Side

• Fix PVC or SS sheet as the back cover

• Add wire exit hole

• Seal with silicone (waterproofing)

🧱 Mounting on Board or Wall

 On ACP / PVC Board:

• Drill holes

• Screw letters from back

---

⚡ Power Connection

• Connect all letters to SMPS

• SMPS input → 220V AC

• SMPS output → 12V DC to LEDs

• Test full sign at night
